Chesapeake Man Struck by Bullet While Inside His Home

Chesapeake, VA – Early Wednesday morning, Chesapeake Police officers responded to a shooting incident at a residence in the 1700 block of Faulk St. The call came in at approximately 4:53 a.m.

Upon arrival, officers found an adult male who had been struck by a bullet that came through a window while he was inside his home. The victim’s injuries were not life-threatening, and he received treatment at the scene without needing hospital transport.

The Chesapeake Police Department has launched an investigation into the incident to determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting. Further details will be provided as the investigation progresses.
