Public Intoxication Arrest on North Main Street

WILKES-BARRE, PA—The Wilkes-Barre City Police Department reported the arrest of a 60-year-old man, Jesse Pinckney, on charges of public intoxication. The incident occurred on July 1 at approximately 3:32 PM at 1 North Main Street.

According to police, officers responded to a call about an unresponsive male inside a local bank. Upon arrival, they found Pinckney and determined he was significantly under the influence of alcohol, posing a risk to himself and others.

Pinckney was detained by the authorities and held until he was sober. The case has been documented under IRC number 240138878.
