Arrest Made in Baltimore Car Theft Case

BALTIMORE, MD—On Tuesday, at around 6:45 p.m., members of the Baltimore Police Department’s Aviation Unit, known as Foxtrot, successfully located a stolen vehicle on the 5100 block of Reisterstown Road. Foxtrot called for backup from nearby units to intercept the vehicle.

The driver of the stolen vehicle exited and attempted to escape on foot but was quickly caught by the officers. It was determined that the vehicle had been stolen from Baltimore County.

During the investigation, officers also recovered controlled dangerous substances (CDS) from the scene. The suspect, a 33-year-old male, was subsequently arrested and transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility, facing relevant charges.
