Brooklyn, NY – A lucky lottery player in Brooklyn has hit the jackpot, securing the top prize in the Take 5 midday drawing on July 2.

The New York Lottery announced that the winning ticket, valued at $19,140, was purchased at Card Curio, located at 1537 86th Street.

Players of Take 5 select numbers from a range of 1 to 39, with the game’s drawings televised twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Winners can claim their prizes any time up to one year from the date of the drawing.
