Boyland Street Armed Robbery and Assault Suspect Sought

BROOKLYN, NY — Authorities are searching for a suspect involved in a robbery and assault that occurred on Tuesday, May 28, at approximately 11:28 a.m. in front of 130 Boyland Street.

The incident involved a 36-year-old male victim who was pushed to the ground and repeatedly punched by an unidentified individual, resulting in lacerations to the victim’s right eye and left side of his head. The suspect then took the victim’s cellphone and fled eastbound on Marion Street.

The victim was treated for his injuries at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center.

The suspect is described as a male with a dark complexion, weighing approximately 150 pounds, and standing about 5 feet 7 inches tall. He was last seen wearing a gray baseball cap, a gray hooded jacket, a black hooded sweatshirt, black jeans, and blue sneakers.
