62-Year-Old Woman Attacked and Robbed Near Bronx Bus Stop

NEW YORK, NY — The New York City Police Department is investigating a robbery that occurred on Monday at approximately 7:05 a.m. at the southeast corner of Goulden Avenue and West Bedford Park Boulevard.

A 62-year-old female was approached from behind by an unknown individual who grabbed her, tossed her to the ground, and forcibly took her purse. The suspect fled in a four-door sedan with two other unknown individuals. No injuries were reported.

The police are seeking any information that could lead to the identification of the suspects. Anyone with details is encouraged to contact the NYPD.
