NEW YORK, NY — The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s help to identify a suspect involved in an incident on Richmond Avenue.
On Wednesday at approximately 12:00 p.m., a 23-year-old female was walking northbound on Richmond Avenue when an unknown individual approached her from behind, slapped her buttocks, and fled southbound. No injuries were reported.
The suspect is described as a male, approximately 5′ 6″ tall, 170 pounds, with a light complexion, goatee, and slim build. He is estimated to be between 20 and 25 years old. He was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt, black shorts, black sneakers, and blue-framed glasses.
