2-Year-Old Boy Shot Twice, in Triple Shooting That Also Injured Two Teens in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, PA – A shooting incident occurred in Philadelphia’s 22nd District at 1300 N 11th St. on Wednesday evening, around 8:41 PM. A 2-year-old boy was shot twice in the left leg, and a 15-year-old girl sustained a gunshot wound to her right leg. Both were initially taken to Temple Hospital by police and reported to be in stable condition. Plans were made to transfer them to St. Christopher’s Hospital via private ambulance for further treatment.

A 17-year-old boy was also injured during the same incident, suffering gunshot wounds to both ankles.

He was transported to Jefferson Center City Hospital in a private vehicle. Upon arrival, he was likewise placed in stable condition. The police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
