Cumberland, MD – On Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at approximately 1:57 PM, officers from the Cumberland Police Department responded to a reported assault at a residence in the first block of Weber Street. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the involved parties.
An alleged victim reported that Casey Gallagher, 19, had assaulted him, resulting in injuries. Gallagher was arrested at the scene and transported to Central Booking. He was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and released on his personal recognizance.
