Double Shooting in Philadelphia Leaves One Dead

Philadelphia, PA – At approximately 11:10 p.m., a double shooting occurred on the highway near 35XX N Warnock Street, resulting in one fatality.

A 24-year-old Black male was shot once in the head and was transported by police to Temple Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The second victim, a 19-year-old male, was shot once in the left knee and was transported by Temple Police to Temple Hospital, where he is in stable condition.

No arrests have been made, and no weapons have been recovered. The investigation is being conducted by the Homicide Unit and remains ongoing. Authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward.
