NYPD Seeks Public’s Help in Identifying Suspect in Subway Groping Incident

New York, NY — The New York City Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying an individual involved in a reported groping incident at the Schermerhorn Street and Hoyt Street subway station.

On Friday, July 5, at approximately 12:50 PM, a 23-year-old female was on the mezzanine exiting the Schermerhorn Street and Hoyt Street subway station when an unknown male approached her and touched her buttocks and thigh. The individual then fled on foot into the station. No injuries were reported.
