Galloway Township Junior Police Academy Kicks Off

Galloway Township, NJ — The Galloway Township Police Department welcomed recruits for the 2024 Junior Police Academy on their first day.

Chief Barber greeted the new recruits this morning, marking the beginning of their training. The day started with familiarization drills and movements, followed by physical training to get their blood flowing. The recruits then participated in educational sessions, learning about traffic stops and SWAT operations from guest speakers. The day concluded with team-building exercises and dismissal.
