Baltimore Police Investigate Shooting in Southern District

The Baltimore Police Department’s Southern District is currently investigating a shooting incident that occurred on the evening of July 19, 2024. At approximately 11:50 PM, Southern District patrol officers were called to a local area hospital following reports of a walk-in shooting victim.

Upon arrival, officers found an 18-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds, which were determined to be non-life-threatening. Initial investigations revealed that the victim was walking on the 1900 block of Harman Avenue when he heard multiple gunshots and subsequently realized he had been hit.

Southern District detectives are actively seeking information related to this incident and urge anyone with knowledge to come forward.
