Cambridge Police Arrest Man for CDS Violations at Dorchester Square Mall

CAMBRIDGE, MD—The Cambridge Police Department reported the arrest of Kevin Tracey Stanley Sr., 57, from Vienna, MD, following a warrant service on Saturday, July 14. The arrest took place at Dorchester Square Mall at approximately 6:05 PM.

Stanley was apprehended on a bench warrant issued by the Dorchester County District Court for a probation violation related to original theft charges. During the arrest, Stanley discarded items identified by officers as Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) paraphernalia.

Further search revealed additional CDS paraphernalia in Stanley’s possession. He was transported to Cambridge Police Department for processing and issued multiple criminal citations for CDS violations. Stanley was later transferred to the Dorchester County Department of Corrections where he is being held without bond.

The charges against Stanley include possession of CDS not cannabis and three counts of possession of CDS paraphernalia.
