Argument in Glen Burnie Leads to Gun and Drug Charges for Rivals

GLEN BURNIE, MD — Following a reported fight on Thursday night, Glen Burnie police arrested two young men and seized illegal substances and firearms. The incident unfolded around 10:10 PM near Aventura Court and Century Towne Road.

Upon arrival, officers found several individuals standing near two vehicles. An inspection of a black Honda Crosstrek revealed a bag of suspected cannabis. Further search of the vehicle uncovered about 349 grams of cannabis, 1.3 grams of suspected Oxycodone, and ten rounds of ammunition. The second vehicle, a gold Honda Odyssey, contained a loaded .22 caliber handgun.

Zafrin Xavier Stevens, a 20-year-old from Gwynn Oak, associated with the Crosstrek, and Ladamian Deshawn Johnson, an 18-year-old from Glen Burnie, linked to the Odyssey, were arrested and face charges related to the possession of drugs and weapons.
