After the theft, he was observed fleeing southbound on N. Munn Avenue in a silver 4-door vehicle towards South Orange Avenue.

Director Fragé is urging anyone with information that could lead to the identification of the suspect to contact the Newark Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477).
