Public Assistance Requested in Search for Missing Bronx Woman

BRONX, NY—The New York City Police Department is urgently requesting the public’s help in locating Eleanor Tena, a 41-year-old woman reported missing from her residence in the Bronx. Tena was last seen at her home at 923 East 225 Street on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, around 10:00 AM.

Tena is described as a Black female with a dark complexion, standing approximately 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighing about 140 pounds. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing shorts, a black shirt, and a multicolored headscarf.

Authorities and Tena’s family are deeply concerned for her well-being. Anyone with information about her whereabouts since her disappearance is encouraged to contact the police. The investigation is ongoing, and any assistance from the community could be crucial in ensuring her safe return.
