Baltimore Police Make Handgun Arrest During Vehicle Stop

Baltimore, MD — The Baltimore Police Department reported a significant arrest made by the Central District Action Team on July 26, 2024.

At approximately 6:41 p.m., officers conducted a vehicle stop in the 1000 block of Harford Avenue. During the stop, detectives discovered that the 30-year-old male driver had an active warrant issued by the U.S. Marshals. They also recovered a Taurus GX4 9mm handgun and ammunition from the vehicle.

The suspect was subsequently transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility for processing.
