Suspect in Custody for Myrtle Beach Shooting

Myrtle Beach, SC — The Myrtle Beach Police Department has taken one suspect into custody in connection with a shooting incident that occurred on July 20, 2024.

At approximately 1:10 a.m. on July 20, officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 1600 block of North Ocean Boulevard. The investigation led to the apprehension of a suspect, though details and charges have not yet been fully disclosed.
