Father of Trump Shooter Speaks Out for First Time Since Assassination Attempt

BUTLER, PA – The father of the shooter who fired multiple shots at a rally for former U.S. President Donald Trump has maintained silence regarding the incident. This week, he spoke for the first time to reporters.

In a brief encounter with Fox News Digital, Matthew Crooks, father of Thomas Crooks, provided an unconventional response when asked for a statement.

“I gotta pee,” said Mr. Crooks, as he addressed the reporter.

The interaction occurred earlier this week as Thomas Crooks was seen exiting an office building in Pittsburgh, which houses several law firms. Despite the ongoing attention, Crooks’ parents are not expected to face criminal charges, though there is potential for civil actions to be pursued against them.
