Major Crash in Jackson Township: Overturned Truck and Utility PoleFire

JACKSON, NJ—A major accident involving multiple vehicles, including an overturned box truck, occurred at the intersection of East Veterans Highway and Stacy Court in Jackson Township.

The incident resulted in downed wires, which sparked a fire.

Emergency crews are on the scene extricating a patient who was transported to a landing zone for airlifting to the hospital. The medevac is set to land at Libert High School.

The accident involved a car crashing into a pole, causing significant entrapment and a vehicle fire. JCP&L has been notified regarding the pole fire, and ongoing heavy rescue operations.

Authorities advise avoiding the area while emergency services manage the situation.
