ELDERSBURG, MD—A lucky lottery player in Eldersburg has struck it rich, winning a $540,000 Multi-Match jackpot. The winning ticket from the August 1 drawing was sold at the Sunoco gas station on 1400 Liberty Road. This marks the seventh Multi-Match jackpot win in Maryland for 2024.

The winning numbers were 15, 22, 25, 26, 34, and 35. The winner has the option to choose between receiving their prize as an annuity, paid out in 25 equal installments, or a lump sum of approximately $290,000 before taxes.

Previous jackpot winners this year have seen substantial wins, with the largest being $2.1 million from a ticket sold in March at Klein’s Shop Rite in Belcamp. Other notable wins include a $660,000 jackpot in April and a $560,000 prize in July.
