Shooting in Baltimore Leaves One Man Injured

BALTIMORE, MD — Baltimore Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred in the afternoon of August 1 in the Northeast District.

At approximately 3:03 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 4800 block of Sinclair Lane following reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, they found a 29-year-old male with a non-life-threatening graze wound. The victim was promptly transported to a local hospital for treatment.

The initial findings suggest that the shooting took place in the 4900 block of Aberdeen Avenue. Northeast District Shooting detectives have taken over the investigation, looking to piece together the circumstances leading up to the incident.
