JACKSON, NJ – A boating accident has left one person missing following the capsizing of a vessel on Prospertown Lake. The incident, which involved a single boat, prompted an immediate response from Jackson police and several other agencies.
Authorities were alerted and dispatched to the scene near Six Flags Great Adventure just before 2:30 p.m. The search operation was quickly assembled, utilizing boats and divers in an effort to locate the missing individual.
