Police Blotter: Wall Township Police Make Multiple Arrests

Wall Township, NJ — On Thursday, August 1, Wall Township Police were active in addressing several criminal incidents.

Patrolman James Yannazzone responded to an officer-wanted call on Martin Road, resulting in the arrest of William M. Foy, 53, of Neptune City. Foy was found in possession of prescription drugs without a lawful prescription and also had an active warrant issued by the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Department. He was transferred to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

In a separate incident, Alexander J. Whitmore, 22, of Manasquan, was arrested by Patrolman Yannazzone following a shoplifting incident at the Target store located at 182 Route 35. Whitmore was processed and subsequently released on a summons.

Additionally, Patrolman Jason Paulus arrested Chastity C. Torro, 49, of Wall Township, for criminal trespassing following an officer-wanted call on East Hurley Pond Road. Torro was processed and released on a summons.

These arrests demonstrate Wall Township Police’s ongoing commitment to maintaining community safety. Further developments in these cases will be reported as more information becomes available.
