ANNAPOLIS, MD—Wayne Scott Williams, a 66-year-old man, was arrested today after allegedly pointing a shotgun at a passing motorist on Bembe Beach Road. The arrest followed multiple complaints about a man with a shotgun, reportedly provoked by speeding in the neighborhood.

Captain Justin Klinedinst of the Annapolis Police Patrol emphasized the department’s ongoing efforts to manage speeding complaints through enforcement and signage. He urged the public to report concerns to the police rather than taking matters into their own hands. Williams was taken into custody without incident.
