BALTIMORE, MD—A 17-year-old male is currently receiving medical treatment for a gunshot wound following an incident reported on August 7, 2024, at around 11:50 p.m. Baltimore Police patrol officers were dispatched to a local hospital after receiving reports of a walk-in shooting victim.
Upon arrival, officers confirmed the teenager’s injuries. Further investigation revealed that the shooting took place in the 2400 block of Lakeview Avenue. The case is now under the jurisdiction of the Western District detectives.
