Philadelphia, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile Kimani Banks. Kimani was last seen on Tuesday at 2:00 PM in the 4100 block of L Street.
Kimani Banks, 14 years old, is described as 5’3” tall, weighing 100 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black scarf, black shirt, black tights, and dark-colored sneakers.
