Delaware Teen, 15, Arrested for Shooting At Home Filled With People

MILLSBORO, DE — Delaware State Police have apprehended a 15-year-old from Millsboro on multiple felony charges after a shooting incident.

The arrest followed a confrontation that occurred on Sunday, at approximately 12:12 p.m., in the 26000 block of Blue Dolphin Lane.

According to authorities, the incident unfolded during an argument with another teenager, when the suspect brandished a firearm and discharged a shot inside the residence as he was exiting.

Although there were four juveniles present at the time, no injuries were reported.

The swift response by detectives led to the identification and subsequent arrest of the young suspect.

The teenager was taken to Troop 7, charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, four counts of first-degree reckless endangering, and aggravated menacing.

Following his arraignment by Justice of the Peace Court 3, he was committed to Stevenson House Detention Center on a $100,000 cash bond.
