Overdose Call Ends With Another Police Shooting in Virginia Beach

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA—A Virginia Beach Police Department officer fatally shot 61-year-old Robert Miller after being dispatched to a drug overdose incident on the evening of August 14.

The incident occurred in a residence located in the 1200 block of Quarter Way around 10:23 p.m.
