Philadelphia Police Seek Assistance in Locating Missing Teen

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department is appealing to the public for assistance in finding L’oshai Harris, a missing 16-year-old last seen Tuesday at 11:00 AM on the 2200 block of McClellan Street.

L’oshai is described as 6 feet tall, weighing 180 pounds, with a dark complexion, black hair, brown eyes, and a slight beard. His clothing at the time he went missing is not known. He is known to frequent the areas around 60th & Woodland Ave and 13th & Webster St.

Authorities urge anyone with information regarding L’oshai Harris’s whereabouts to contact the South Detective Division at 215-686-3013 or call 911.
