Suspects Flee Scene After Brazen Northeast D.C. Robbery

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying suspects and a vehicle involved in a robbery that occurred in Northeast Washington.

On Tuesday, at approximately 9:52 p.m., the suspects approached victims from behind in the 1100 block of G Street, Northeast. The suspects forcefully took property from one of the victims’ pockets before fleeing the scene.

The suspects and the vehicle were captured on a nearby surveillance camera. Anyone with information is urged to contact the police at (202) 727-9099 or text a tip to 50411. A reward of up to $1,000 is available for information leading to an arrest and indictment.
