NYC Travel Warning: Pro-Hamas Protest at Greeley Square Park

MANHATTAN, N.Y. — A protest and rally are scheduled to take place this afternoon at Greeley Square Park, located at 6th Avenue between West 32nd Street and West 33rd Street in Midtown Manhattan.

The event, titled “No to Nuclear War Games: U.S. Out of Korea Rally,” is set to begin at 1:00 p.m.

The rally is organized by the groups Nodutdol, Bayan USA Northeast, and the Malaya Movement, who are collaborating with Pro-Palestinian organizations such as the NYC Palestinian Youth Movement and the People’s Forum. The demonstration aims to show solidarity with demands for the United States to withdraw from Korea and to “get their hands off Gaza.”

The number of participants expected at the rally is currently unknown, and organizers have not obtained permits for the demonstration.

The public is advised to use caution when traveling near this protest.
