Allegheny County Police Investigate Fatal Stabbing in Penn Hills

PENN HILLS, Pa. — The Allegheny County Police Department’s Homicide Unit is investigating the fatal stabbing of an adult male early Thursday morning in Penn Hills. The incident occurred at approximately 4:20 a.m. in the 100 block of Pennoak Drive, according to authorities.

First responders arrived at the residence after receiving a call from County 9-1-1 reporting a stabbing. Upon arrival, they found an adult male who had been stabbed multiple times. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

According to initial reports, the victim lived at the residence with an adult female and a teenage male. All individuals involved in the incident have been identified, and police have stated that there is no ongoing threat to the community.

Detectives from the Allegheny County Police Homicide Unit are currently on the scene, gathering evidence and conducting interviews as part of the investigation. Further details, including the identities of those involved, have not been released at this time.
