Armed Robber Pointed Gun at Gas Station Clerks and Emptied the Cash Registers

COLUMBUS, Ohio — A suspect remains at large following an armed robbery at a Get Go gas station on Sunday night in the area of Hayden Road and Cosgray Road.

The incident occurred at approximately 9:55 p.m. when the suspect entered the store and requested cigarettes from the clerk. As the first clerk turned to retrieve the items, a second clerk approached the counter. At that moment, the suspect brandished a handgun, pointing it at the second clerk’s face, and ordered both clerks to the ground.

The suspect then demanded cash from both registers. After securing the money, the suspect forced the clerks into the back room before fleeing the scene. The exact amount of money taken has not been disclosed.
