New Springfield Player Wins $10K on 50th Anniversary Scratch-Off

NEW SPRINGFIELD, OH — A lucky lottery player in New Springfield has won $10,000 after playing the Ohio Lottery’s 50th Anniversary scratch-off game.

The winning ticket was purchased at Swift Mart on Woodworth Road. After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, the winner will take home approximately $7,200.

The 50th Anniversary scratch-off, priced at $50, offers a top prize of $600,000 per year for 25 years. As of August 21, two top prizes remain available in the game.
