Baltimore Shooting Sends Woman to Hospital

BALTIMORE, MD — A 30-year-old woman is in stable condition after being shot in the leg Wednesday night in Baltimore’s Northern District.

The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. at the intersection of Greenmont Avenue and 33rd Street. The victim sought treatment at a local hospital, where Southeast District patrol officers responded and initiated an investigation. Northern District Shooting detectives have taken over the case and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
