PHILADELPHIA — The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Ashley Oteri, a 37-year-old woman who has been reported missing from the city’s 1st District. Oteri was last seen on the morning of August 29, 2024, around 8:00 a.m., in the 200 block of South 8th Street.
Oteri is described as 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighing approximately 110 pounds. She was last seen wearing a tan hat, green joggers, glasses with green flower patterns, pink Crocs, and carrying a black and white checkered backpack.
Authorities are urging anyone with information on Oteri’s whereabouts to contact the South Detective Division at 215-686-3013 or dial 911 immediately.
The Philadelphia Police Department is actively investigating the case and seeks the community’s help in ensuring Oteri’s safe return.
