Police Investigate Robbery at Crofton Royal Farms

CROFTON, Md. — Police are searching for a suspect involved in an early morning robbery at a Royal Farms convenience store in Crofton. The incident occurred on August 31, 2024, at approximately 5:10 a.m. at the store located at 1114 Crain Highway N.

According to authorities, a male suspect jumped the counter, threatened to shoot the clerk, and then stole several tobacco products. The suspect fled the scene in a white Hyundai SUV, heading southbound on Crain Highway.

Despite a search of the area, officers were unable to locate the suspect or the vehicle. The suspect is described as a Black male, approximately 5’10” to 6’ tall, wearing a gray sweatshirt, black pants, and white sneakers.
