Cumberland Woman Charged After August Vehicle Accident

CUMBERLAND, Md. — The Cumberland Police Department has charged Tracy Lee McDonald, 49, following a vehicle accident that occurred on August 8, 2024. McDonald was found to be at fault in the incident and failed to provide the necessary documentation, authorities said.

On September 3, 2024, McDonald was served a summons in connection with the crash. She faces multiple charges, including driving a motor vehicle on a highway without a license, failure to control speed to avoid a collision, and failure to provide insurance information after an accident.

McDonald, a resident of Cumberland, is scheduled to appear in court in connection with these charges.
