Two suspects sought in armed robbery at Chesapeake gas station

CHESAPEAKE, Va. — Police are searching for two female suspects involved in an armed robbery at a gas station in the 1400 block of George Washington Highway on Thursday, Sept. 12, according to Chesapeake Crime Line officials.

At approximately 10:30 p.m., the suspects entered the gas station, brandished a firearm, and robbed the clerk at gunpoint. No information has been released about what was taken or any injuries.

Authorities are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspects. Those with information are encouraged to contact the Chesapeake Crime Line.
