HARRISBURG, PA – Nathan R. Wolfe, a 41-year-old resident of Kittanning, Armstrong County, has been sentenced to 25 to 50 years in prison. This sentencing follows his conviction for supplying a deadly dose of fentanyl-laced cocaine that resulted in a fatal overdose in 2020.
Wolfe was found guilty in July of charges that include third-degree murder, drug delivery resulting in death, aggravated assault, involuntary manslaughter, and additional related offenses. The victim, 43-year-old Eric McMillen, received the fentanyl-laced cocaine from Wolfe in exchange for the use of McMillen’s vehicle.
Attorney General Michelle Henry stated, “The defendant showed a complete disregard for human life when he provided these drugs — which he knew contained fentanyl — to the victim.” She emphasized the broader impact of drug trafficking on families and communities.
Beyond the fatal overdose, Wolfe’s distribution of the fentanyl-laced cocaine caused at least two other non-fatal overdoses. Authorities confirmed these additional overdoses occurred on the same day, in February of 2020, involving the
