Suspects Sought in Pittsburgh Seafood Buffet Heist

PITTSBURGH, PA – Pittsburgh Police are requesting public assistance in identifying four individuals involved in a reported theft at Hokkaido Seafood Buffet on Browns Hill Road.

On Thursday, surveillance footage captured two females and two males entering the restaurant together. The footage shows the females attempting to distract the employees at the counter, allowing the males to approach the register.

One male, described as wearing a white button-down shirt and white cargo shorts, was seen stealing approximately $2,400 from the register area. Another male, dressed in all black and wearing a ball cap, accompanied the two females.

All four suspects left the scene in a white sedan. Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact Zone 4 plainclothes detectives at (412) 422-6520.
