NEW YORK, NY — Three third-prize-winning tickets, each worth $50,000, were sold for the September 25 Powerball drawing at locations in Brooklyn, Centereach, and Williston Park.
The winning tickets were purchased at Venus Wines and Spirits on Lorimer Street in Brooklyn, Walmart at Centereach Mall, and Williston Park Dairy on Willis Avenue.
Powerball drawings are held every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:59 p.m., with numbers selected from a pool of one through 69, and the red Power Ball drawn from a separate pool of one through 26.
