Ocean City Purse Snatchers Used Stolen Credit Cards n Aberdeen

OCEAN CITY, Md. — The Ocean City Police Department is requesting public assistance in identifying suspects involved in a theft that took place on September 13. Authorities have released a photo of the suspects, who allegedly stole a purse containing a credit card, which was later used in multiple transactions in Aberdeen, Md.

According to police, the stolen credit card was used several times in Aberdeen on September 16 and again on September 18. Investigators are urging anyone who may recognize the individuals in the photo to come forward.

Anonymous tips can also be provided by calling 410-520-5136 or submitting information via the department’s online crime tips portal. The case reference number is 2024-004415.

The investigation remains ongoing.
