32-Year-Old Shot Multiple Times, Dead in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. — A 32-year-old man was fatally shot in Philadelphia’s 35th District on Wednesday afternoon, authorities said. The shooting occurred around 4:50 p.m. on the 6400 block of North Lambert Street.

The victim, identified only as a Black male, sustained multiple gunshot wounds throughout his body. Police transported him to Einstein Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 5:01 p.m.

The scene remains under investigation. No weapons have been recovered, and no arrests have been made, police said.

Authorities are asking anyone with information about the shooting to contact the Philadelphia Police Department’s Homicide Unit. A $20,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
