Armed Robbery in Woodbridge, Suspects Remain at Large

WOODBRIDGE, Va. — Police are searching for two suspects involved in an early morning armed robbery that took place on Friday in the 14700 block of Worth Avenue, authorities said.

At approximately 1:21 a.m., a 20-year-old man was walking in the area when two men approached him from behind. One of the men implied he had a weapon and demanded the victim’s money before both suspects fled the scene on foot. No injuries were reported.

Officers, along with a police K-9 unit, searched the area but were unable to locate the suspects. Both individuals were described as Black men wearing dark-colored clothing, with one of the suspects having dreadlocked hair.

The investigation is ongoing, and police are continuing efforts to identify the suspects.
