Philadelphia, PA — The Central Detective Division is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying four suspects involved in a commercial burglary at LXY Philadelphia Boutique. The incident occurred on September 24, 2024, at approximately 3:07 a.m., when the suspects forced entry into the boutique located at 729 Sansom Street.
The suspects used a power tool to cut one of the bars on the front gate, lifted the gate, and shattered the bottom of the two front doors to gain access. Once inside, they stole numerous handbags valued at approximately $200,000. The suspects were last seen fleeing east on Sansom Street in a late-model, dark-colored Jeep with tinted windows, a sunroof, dark wheels, and possibly a paper tag.
The suspects are described as follows:
- Suspect #1: Male, unknown race, wearing a light-colored “Nike” hooded sweatshirt with a “USA” graphic, dark pants, and two-tone “Nike” sneakers.
- Suspect #2: Male, unknown race, wearing a dark “Nike” hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, and dark sneakers.
- Suspect #3: Male, unknown race, wearing a dark “Adidas” hooded jacket, dark pants, glasses, and black-and-white striped sneakers.
- Suspect #4: Male, unknown race, with braided hair, wearing all dark clothing.
