New York City Crossing Guard Arrested for Menacing

LONG ISLAND CITY, N.Y. — An off-duty New York City employee was arrested Thursday afternoon and charged with menacing within the 108th Precinct, according to police reports.

Teodoro Isidoro, a 48-year-old NYPD school crossing guard, was taken into custody at 1:39 p.m. She faces a second-degree menacing charge. The circumstances surrounding the arrest have not been disclosed.

The incident occurred while Isidoro was off duty. No injuries were reported, and authorities have not released additional details regarding the alleged behavior leading to the charge.

The arrest is being handled within the 108th Precinct, which covers parts of Long Island City, Sunnyside, and Woodside in Queens.
