Police Seek Information in Dover Robbery Investigation

Dover, DE Delaware State Police are currently investigating a robbery that occurred in Dover on Sunday night. The incident was reported at approximately 7:25 p.m. at the Dollar General on South Dupont Highway in Camden, following an altercation involving two victims.

According to preliminary investigations, two individuals on a blue and white Suzuki dirt bike near Howell Street and Carter Avenue were approached by two unidentified male suspects. The suspects reportedly assaulted the victims before making off with the dirt bike. Shortly after the incident, the victims reached Dollar General to notify 9-1-1, sustaining minor injuries from the encounter.

Through investigative efforts, authorities have identified one suspect as 34-year-old Carlton Harris from Dover. Warrants for his arrest have been issued for charges including Robbery in the First Degree, Conspiracy in the Second Degree, and Assault in the Third Degree. Meanwhile, investigations continue to identify and locate the second suspect involved in the incident.
